The brief

Create a go-to-market strategy to engage with the New Zealand SMB market, in order to design a business offering that was consistent with the Deloitte parent brand, whilst being its own entity. 

 
 

The approach

Using qualitative research, buyer behaviour was evaluated to understand the purchasing decisions of buyers and how they perceived the company's name and brand. Research was also conducted with key stakeholders to explore the internal brand perception, and using archetypes, reveal the brand characteristics. 

 
 

The outcome

Findings from the buyer research and stakeholder research were presented in an Ignition Workshop to Deloitte Partners for feedback. Brand messaging, proposition, and archetypes were gathered into a set of brand guidelines, along with a brand blueprint, and brand collateral for internal and external brand activation.
