THE BRIEF

Build a consolidated brand that is simple to understand, can be persuasively communicated within Certus Solutions, provides a compelling message to their customers, and both satisfies and reassures the stakeholder community. 

 
 

THE Approach

Qualitative buyer and stakeholder research was conducted to assess buyer behaviour and internal brand perception. The information collected in this research then informed the key messaging, visual identity and brand guidelines going forward. Brand training was conducted with staff and business partners to entrench the new positioning within the company. 

 
 

THe outcome

Complete brand guidelines and subsequent collateral was developed for internal and external brand activation. The way Certus Solutions presents and promotes itself was redefined, providing the company with strong and consistent messaging that is recognised in the market place.
